1. The steering oil pump assembly should meet the requirements of QC/T 299 "Technical Conditions for Automotive Power Steering Oil Pumps";

2. No mechanical drive shock phenomenon is allowed when the assembly is working;

3. Measure the noise at a position 1000mm away from the front of the assembly. When running at no load, the assembly noise is less than 65dB;

4. The stay time when the steering wheel turns to the limit position is not allowed to exceed 10s, and the system does not allow over-current protection to stop;

5. There is a reliable grounding protection wire interface on the surface of the motor, which must be effectively grounded after installation;

6. The steering gear needs to be equipped with a stroke unloading valve, and the stroke opening pressure at the limit position of the direction is less than 5MPa;

7. When wiring, the phase sequence corresponds to the position of the plug-in unit. At this time, from the direction of the pump head, the direction of rotation of the motor is counterclockwise (left-handed), otherwise the direction of rotation of the motor is opposite, and the steering pump does not work.
